Instructions
1. Blend the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and maple syrup until smooth
2. Pour 3-4 tbsp of chia seeds into an airtight container/mason jar
3. Pour the strawberry mixture into the chia seeds and mix very well until it is well combined. Then close the container/mason jar and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
4. Once it is ready, add in the toppings!
5. Enjoy!


Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
• 5 medium/large strawberries
• 1 banana
• 2 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp organic maple syrup (or honey)- optional)
• 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
FOR THE TOPPINGS (YOU CAN HAVE DIFFERENT TOPPINGS)
• 1/4 cup granola (I have linked my homemade granola at the end of this blog post! It is healthier than store-bought)
• 2-3 strawberries
• 1/8 cup blueberries
