Instructions
1. In a pot, heat olive oil and brown the meatballs in batches till crispy and set these aside.
2. ry the chopped onion and green chilies till onion is fragrant
3. Mix in the garlic and cook further for about 30 seconds on low to medium heat
4. Add in the harissa paste, cumin, coriander, and fennel and cook for about 2 minutes.
5. Then add the smoked paprika, fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes, 1 cup of water and salt.
6. Let the soup come to a boil, add the meatballs. Cook for about 10-12 minutes till it thickens.
7. Mix in the peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
8. Lastly add the cooking cream and sprinkle some cilantro over the soup.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients
For the meatballs:
• I used store-bought 12pcs meatballs
• 1 medium sized chopped onion
• 2 garlic - grated
• 1 handful chopped cilantro
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Add everything in a bowl plus the meatballs and shake or roll the meatballs in the mix individually.
For the sauce:
• 1 canned chopped tomatoes
• 2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
• 2 tbsp harissa paste (add to your preference)
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 2 green chili, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp fennel powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• a handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 green pepper - sliced
• 2 tbsp cooking cream
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt to taste
