Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salt water till al dente. keep pasta water aside
2. Add oil in a pot, and add in the spices, add onions and fry till fragrant.
3. Add tomato paste and fry for about 5mins. Fry on low heat and stir.
4. Add in blended mixed peppers. fry till dry
5. Add goat meat stock, salt and goat meat
6. Add cooked pasta and mix thoroughly
7. Add pasta water and cook on low heat.
8. Stir pasta through till it's mixed.
9. serve hot

• 1 pack of spaghetti
• Goat meat (boiled and air fried)
• Pepper (red bell pepper and habanero)
• Green chili
• Onions
• Tomato paste
• Goat meat stock
• Salt
• Curry powder, rosemary, italian seasoning, bay leave and white pepper.
• Avocado oil
