Instructions
1. Toast your sourdough bread, I had to cut in half because it was big for my toaster. Beat the eggs with the cinnamon, then preheat your pan and add butter. Dip your toast on both sides in the eggs until fully covered. Fry your toast on both sides until golden.
2. Then spread your nut butter on top, add blueberries and enjoy.

• 1 large sourdough slice
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
• nut butter of your choice
• berries of your choice (I love adding blueberries)
