• 6 dates (remove pit)
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice
• 2 tbs peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
• 3/4 C yogurt
• oat milk, almond milk, or mixture (oat milk is creamier)
