Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 175 C (350F) and line your loaf pan with non-stick baking paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash your bananas and cottage cheese. Then mix all your ingredients (apart from the chocolate chips).

3. Add in your chocolate chips and fold in. Then pour into your loaf pan and spread evenly. Top it up with more chocolate chips.

4. Place in the oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Poke with a skewer after 30 minutes to check for wetness, and keep checking at every 5 minutes till skewer comes out dry. As soon as it comes out somewhat dry take the bread out immediately to avoid it from drying up.

5. Let it cool down completely before slicing it.

6. Enjoy!

• 3 spotty bananas
• 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups oat flour
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• chocolate chips (you can use as much as you want)
