Instructions
1. Boil water and add 1 packet of spaghetti pasta.
2. Cook pasta al dente.
3. Drain the hot water and set pasta aside.
Preparation to Make Chicken and Vegetables:
1. In a pan, add oil (2 Tsp) and butter (2 Tsp) and heat it up. Pan fry chicken on both sides. Take it out and set aside,
2. Add chopped garlic in heated oil.
3. Also, add chopped chilies (3) and saute for a few minutes.
4. Now add chicken and give it a good stir.
5. Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, and mix well.
6. At the same time, add chicken stock or pasta water and again mix.
7. Now add vegetable finger slice carrots, bell peppers, and sliced onion and mix well.
8. Add harissa sauce or red chili paste.
9. Now add boiled spaghetti.
10. Check salt for taste before adding dark soy sauce.
11. Mix properly.
12. Cover the pot for 5 minutes to steam.
Your chicken spaghetti and vegetable pasta is ready.

• Garlic Grated – 1 Tsp
• Green and Red Chilies – 3
• Chicken
• 1 Tomato - Cubed
• Salt – 1 Tsp
• Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
• Chicken Stock – 1 Tbsp
• Onion Sliced – 1 Tbsp
• Red bell pepper
• Carrots
• Harissa Sauce or Red Chili Paste – 2 Tsp
• Dark Soya Sauce – 2 Tsp
• Black Pepper – ½ Tsp
